After more than 15 years working inside complex capital projects across private development, education, institutional, commercial, and luxury sectors, Brandon Torrellas saw the same pattern repeat at every scale: owners were carrying the financial risk – but not given the operating structure required to lead execution.
Projects did not fail because teams lacked talent. They failed because the industry is built around fragmented execution and risk transfer, not integrated outcomes.
